Description

The first attraction that you will reach is the 16th-century St. Bolfenk church. Next to the church is a mighty linden tree. Linden tree was planted at the end of the 30-year war in 1648.
After 18 km you will pass the first refreshment point: Grmovškov dom where you can charge your e-bike batteries. Here is also a Bike park Kope, where you can challenge your adrenaline.
Some of the points of interest are in the protected area of NATURA 2000, so you have to reach them hiking.  Please respect the rules that are applied in protected areas in nature.
On 26 km you can continue hiking to the highest spring (Mrzli studenec - 1490 m) and the highest peak (Črni vrh - 1543 m) of Pohorje. Top of the Pohorje is known for its unique sunsets and blueberries sites.
You will reach your second refreshment point on 30,6 km. Ribniška koča is an excellent starting-hiking point to the Jezerski vrh and Ribniško lake, one of the most beautiful natural attractions of Pohorje. They also enable charging e-bike batteries and offer some food.
You will pass mountain hut Pesnik, which was built before World War II. After 1945 its role was significant because the Hut Ribniška koča was burned down. They renamed it Shelter house Pesnik. Today is closed, due to bad conditions with mountain huts on Pohorje.

What is the plan

* Start in the parking area in front of the Lake Peak Apartments
* Pass the village school on right and on the first crossroads turn left
* Go straight and next to the market turn left towards Radlje
* 2,2 km, turn sharp left towards Hudi kot
* 6,3 km, turn right to the St. Bolfenk church
* Make a U-turn
* Turn right to the main road
* 10,7 km, continue on the same road
* 10,9 km, turn left (after Kralj farm)
* 11,6 km, sharp right toward Pungart-Kope
* 13,0 km, sharp right toward Pungart-Kope
* 14,8 km, sharp left toward Pungart-Kope
* 16,7 km, turn sharp left to proceed to Pungart-Kope
* 17,7 km, turn right in the direction Pungart-Kope
* 18 km, turn left towards Kope-Grmovškov dom
* Pass the parking area on the right side and continue towards Slovenj Gradec
* 19,8 km, make a sharp left to the forest road
* 23 km, make a sharp left
* 23,3 km, hold on left side
* 25,6 km, sharp left towards Črni vrh
* 26 km, continue hiking to the highest spring (Mrzli studenec) and peak (Črni vrh) of Pohorje
* Return to the starting-hiking point and turn left
* 28,4 km, go slightly left to the hiking path
* 29 km, make a sharp left on a hiking path
* 29,7 km, turn right towards hut Ribniška koča
* 30,6 km, make a sharp left to the hut Ribniška koča
* 31,1 km, make U-turn and continue to the main road towards Ribnica na Pohorju
* 35,1 km, Mountain hut Pesnik
* Continue on the main road towards Ribnica na Pohorju
* 40,6 km, turn left to the village school
* Keep right to starting point Lake Peak Apartments

Good to know

Tour passes two Mountain huts where you can charge your e-bike battery and have some refreshment.
